Handmade in India – aromatherapy eye pillow for yoga, meditation, and relaxation.
Cotton outer and inner sleeve. Filled with flaxseed/ linseed, lavender buds and lavender essential oils.
For use on the eyes and all-over body application. Choose to either cool in the freezer for a cool therapy and relieve headaches. Or heat in the microwave to relax or soothe.
Warm therapy:
Place the pillow in the microwave for 20~30 seconds. Or in 10-second increments, until it is warm to the touch. Do a touch test before placing it over your eyes or skin.
Cold therapy:
Place the pillow in the freezer for 2-3 hours. Do not leave on eyes for more than 10 minutes at a time. Make sure that the pillow is at room temperature before placing it in the microwave. Stop heating if you hear popping! Hand wash sleeve at 40°c & air dry.
