Join us for an evening of rest and restoration, in collaboration with the incredible Debbie Hayes.
This workshop will uncover your resistance to rest and you will partake in a Yoga Nidra** practice along side learning practical tools to enhance your overall wellbeing. Just one hour of Yoga Nidra is the equivalent to 4 hours of deep, restorative sleep.
The feedback from our previous wellbeing workshop with Debbie was phenomenal, so don't delay as spaces are very limited and we don't want you to miss out on the opportunity to transform your mindset.

**Yoga Nidra is a still practice that can be done sitting or lying down and does not involve any strenuous movement at all and is therefore suitable for everybody.
